Shipments
Currently, photographs can only be shipped to addresses in the continental USA. Photographs are shipped via UPS. Rates are shown with each photo.
Obtaining the photograph from the printer can take 7-10 days. Photographs will be shipped within 14 days of order placement and your credit card will be charged at that time.
Return Policy
Every photograph is inspected before it is shipped and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please return any photograph within 15 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. It will be replaced or your payment refunded as you designate.
To be eligible for a refund, photographs returned must be in absolutely new and unused condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned photographs shipped COD will not be accepted.
